I have worked with Chris on several opportunities, and what I appreciate most is his attention to detail, communication and follow through. So many times recruiters reach out to candidates, and then leave them high and dry after one or many conversations that a person never knows how they did during an interview, feedback, or closure for that matter. What I admire about Chris is that he provides guidance throughout the entire process, and truly listens to you. There was an opportunity that he guided me on the process, to come to find out during the offer, there were somethings that didn’t meet my needs, and I was able to have that conversation with him, talk through it, and decline the offer. Typically this is the complete opposite of what both parties hope for at the end, but with Chris, he knew it wasn’t the right position and helped me through the entire process of declining the offer. I would absolutely recommend Chris to either employer or job candidate, and would be more than happy to speak to them.
