As mentioned in the ‘New Face of Tradeshows Post Pandemic’, I will be attending the SupplySide West tradeshow and looking forward to seeing what companies have been up to in the last year as well as meeting new industry professionals.
Here’s a little bit about me:
• I love a real conversation – online profiles on professional platforms don’t always stage a candidate in the best light. Knowing someone from their online image vs. having a real in-depth conversation with them provides me with more context and allows me to truly qualify and sell a candidate on a position.
• It’s all about relationships – In my 24 years of experience in the headhunting business, the one thing that has been true is that building relationships is the key to success.
• The future is bright – in any recession type of event, it’s crucial for organizations to evaluate their workforce and ensure that they have top-performing talent. The ability to identify and attract talent is a hard task for organizations that do not specialize in that and that’s where recruiters shine.
• I’m still young and fresh – having a leap-year birthday means I’m only 13 years old, which innately means I stay up to date on all the latest trends and technology to continue to grow and expand my wealth of knowledge. Remembering that I’m only 13, allows me to stay creative, young, adaptive and think outside the box to also be solving for the needs at hand.
